Cajun Blackened Salmon

Grilled Cajun Atlantic Salmon served with corns

Most dietary guidelines today call for eating fish at least 3 times a week. But dietitians don’t just suggest fish, but rather fish rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. This simple 3-ingredient dish can make meeting that requirement not only quick and easy, but delicious!

  • 4-6 salmon filets
  • 2 Tbsp. grass-fed butter (may substitute any butter or margarine)
  • Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic Seasoning Blend

Coat both sides of salmon fillets with Seafood Magic blend. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in a coated enamel deep dish pot or cast iron skillet until sizzling. Cook fillets 4-8 minutes depending on size, flipping with tongs half-way through. Serve with a green salad, grilled asparagus, a fruit salad or any light side.
