Flat-Belly Blueberry Smoothie

  • 3 oz. vanilla nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup kale
  • 3/4 cup water
