Grilled Corn on the Cob

ReCornRe: invent your next barbecue with this tangy recipe that requires just two ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Re: Garlicky Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade
  • 4 ears of fresh corn

Preparation

Shuck corn by removing husks and silks. Place cleaned corn in zippered plastic bag with about 1/4 cup of Re: Garlicky Dressing & Marinade (enough to coat). Prepare grill over medium-high heat. Put corn directly on grill and cook until kernels begin to char, about 5 minutes. Turn corn and continue to cook until all sides are slightly blackened.

Remove from grill, let cool, and enjoy with family and friends.
