Louisiana Spring Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries, washed & diced (or 1/2 pint blueberries, washed & sliced in half
  • 1/4 of 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • Juice from 1/2 lime

Prepartion

Combine all ingredients. Serve on salads, fish, chicken, chips, or with cheese and crackers.

1 serving = 35 cals, 0.5 g protein, 8 g carbohydrates, 2 g fiber, 0.5 g fat
