PB2 apple & pretzel dip

Sometimes the hardest part about maintaining a healthy diet is snacking, so having healthy munchies on hand can keep you on track. This low-fat, protein-rich dip is tasty with apple slices, bananas, or pretzels and takes fewer than five ingredients and less than five minutes to make. When prepared with Splenda, it is only 2 points on the Weight Watchers diet.


  • 2 Tbsp PB2
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Splenda, honey, or maple syrup


Mix PB2 with water, and then mix in cream cheese and splenda, honey or maple syrup. Dip your favorite fruit or vegetable slices
