Romaine Salad with Greek Vinaigrette

Re-RomaineRomaine is considered one of the world’s healthiest foods. It’s a good source of fiber, iron, potassium and Vitamin C. Add a few ingredients on top and you have a healthy, tasty meal.


  • 2 hearts of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup Re: Greek Vinaigrette


Toss lettuce with Re: Greek Vinaigrette and grated parmesan. Sprinkle with croutons (you can make your own here), and share with friends.
