Strawberry Sorbet

Use as a perfect palate-cleansing treat between courses or a cool treat on a warm spring afternoon. You can even put it in a martini glass with a splash of Grey Goose for an elegant cocktail. DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients until smooth. If using frozen strawberries, enjoy right away. Or, if using fresh strawberries, chill the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours, then pour into an ice cream maker and follow its instructions. Using an ice cream maker will incorporate more air into the sorbet, which creates a nicer, more ice cream-like texture and better presentation. Garnish with fresh mint, chocolate shavings, or other fresh berries.
