Toast to Spring at Michael David Wine Dinner

SpringWineDinner17GraphicJoin us, our talented culinary staff, and representatives of Michael David Winery as we toast to Spring and sample several of the Napa Valley vineyard’s best bottles on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at 6 p.m. Tickets are $75 and may be purchased in advance by calling Guest Services at 225.615.7800.

From a Shrimp and Andouille Beignet amuse-bouche to Pecan-Crusted Trout for an entree, the dinner is infused with South Louisiana creole flavors to delight the palate. Michael David representatives will pour a Sauvignon Blanc, a Chardonnay, a Petite Petit, a Cab, and a Zinfandel.
